Nasimi is the commercial heart of Baku, a dense central raion where offices, prestige residential streets and the retail spine of Nizami Street and 28 May all converge. It is the most walkable part of the city and the place where rental demand and resale liquidity run deepest, anchored by premium streets that count among the most expensive addresses in Azerbaijan.
