About Psarou

Psarou is a small, sheltered south-coast bay that has become the most glamorous address on Mykonos, defined by Nammos, the celebrated luxury beach club and restaurant, and its adjoining Nammos Village designer-retail complex and Nammos Hotel. The bay fills each summer with superyachts and a jet-set crowd, while the steep slopes behind hold some of the island's most expensive trophy villas at around €10,800/m², the highest on Mykonos. This is a pure ultra-luxury enclave: median homes exceed €4.5M, yet gross rental yields are the island's lowest (2.5–3.5%), confirming it as a capital-appreciation and lifestyle market rather than an income play, especially under the new Golden-Visa short-term-let restrictions.
