About Lagoa da Conceição

Lagoa da Conceição is the most coveted lifestyle district of Florianópolis: a large saltwater lagoon ringed by a lively village of restaurants and bars, with hillside homes climbing the surrounds, the Joaquina sand dunes and surf beaches a short hop away, and the island's best nightlife in the Centrinho da Lagoa. It draws tech workers, lifestyle migrants and tourists in equal measure. For investors, the Lagoa is Floripa's signature lifestyle-and-appreciation play: scenic living, deep tourism and tech-migrant demand, premium prices and solid yields of ~4.5–6.5% (higher but seasonal for tourism short-lets).
