Foreign Ownership -- Reciprocity-Based Approval
RestrictiveForeign nationals may own property in Jordan subject to reciprocity and Council of Ministers approval. Most Western, Gulf, and Arab nationalities are approved routinely. Maximum 4 dunams (4,000 sqm) of residential land per family.
